How is OUR minimal house sustainable?
A minimal house reduces the need and option to fill your space with waste.
We use a maximum of sustainable building materials sourced as locally as possible.
Minimal house subdivisions can be used to revive urban spaces and declining rural communities and provide flexible land usage.
They simply consume and waste less energy. It doesn't take much to heat or cool. It also does not seal the soil with concrete or contaminate the soil with other polluting materials enabling a sustainable choice for living with a smaller ecological footprint.
Minimal houses can be designed for life "off the grid." Designed to suit your lifestyle without compromising on quality of life. From running water, flushing toilets, and electricity, up to outdoor composting toilets with solar panels for electricity generation and water purification systems.
Enabling the transition from “having” to “being”. Focusing on your quality of life, experiences, connecting with other people and nature.
